Position Overview

Exari is looking for a highly motivated Java software developer who would be a prime contributor in the product development of our contract management platform. You also should have an interest and desire to work directly with clients as a technical consultant customizing applications. Ideally you should have client-facing consultative experience, possess strong knowledge of Java as well as demonstrated experience across a variety of web and application platforms and operating systems, have strong analytical skills, and the ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Exari is ideal for someone who wants to work in a small rapidly expanding and casual (yet highly professional) environment. He or she should be ready for a challenging role with a lot of variety and opportunity to work with both clients and applications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Development, implementation and delivery of Enterprise Content Management solutions using Alfresco Enterprise Edition
• Consulting with clients to deliver customization, workflow configuration and custom development using APIs
• Gaining detailed knowledge of client-side authoring tools and processes to support the full implementation of the Exari contract management solution
• Defining solution objectives by analyzing user requirements. Mapping requirements to JEE configuration and customization options. Must be able to handle detailed design, implementation, and testing

Requirements include:

• Strong technical skills with Enterprise Java application deployment/configuration.
• Strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical resources both with the client and within Exari
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple complex tasks that come together under one deadline

• Ability to travel, both domestic and international (mostly domestic)

Entry Level Technical Delivery Consultant (UK-based)

Position Overview

Exari is looking for highly motivated entry-level candidates who are eager to support our rapid growth. The ideal candidate should love technology, possess a desire to connect that with customer needs, have strong interpersonal and written communication skills, and working knowledge of the most popular web and application platforms and operating systems.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Install and configure the Exari software in client environments and/or our own hosted locations, working effectively with client IT personnel
• Provide customer support for Exari suite of software products
• Interact with clients and deliver customization, workflow
• Configure and customize using the Exari APIs
• Gain detailed knowledge of Exari authoring tools and processes to support the full implementation of the Exari suite
• Support product testing through QC for new releases

Requirements include:

Project Manager

Position Overview

Starting with a proposal or statement of work to an Exari client, the Project Manager (PM) has “buck-stops-here” responsibility for:

• Scoping the project to be done, including responsibilites and assumptions
• Working with the external customer facilitating meetings to capture and guide the vision, strategy and business process of the Client
• Lead the gathering of the business requirements (in the areas of contract document storage, workflow, and document automation), in conjunction with experts with the Exari team
• Document the findings and lead the team in shaping the conceptual solution
• Break the work to be done into short tasks/deliverables, assigning them to Exari staff and client personnel, and identify all tasks and dependencies into a logical implementation task plan by which to manage and monitor day-to-day work and progress
• Manage/influence all project personnel (Exari and Client) to adhere to the project plan
• Escalate and resolve issues/obstacles in a manner which still allows the project effort to stay on track
• Communicate project status to Exari and external customer's upper management on a regular, succinct and effective basis, and perform other
• Achieving the project success criteria, on-time, on-budget and with a high degree of client satisfaction.

Other responsibilities include:

• Managing smaller ongoing client relationships to ensure retainers are well-managed and communication on priorities and progress is always delivered.
• Mentoring more junior personnel
• Developing / expanding project management and project delivery methodology and artifacts

Position requirements include:

• Knowledge of contracting and enterprise contract management solutions
• Equivalent relevant work experience, especially a track record of success in project management, and experience in running enterprise software installation (package product software) / configuration / integration and/or business process redesign projects on a small-to-medium size scale
• Experience with effective project management methodologies and tools. Experience with project planning, budgeting, forecasting, time tracking and invoicing
• Experience with writing scopes of work and documenting solution requirements, especially in the areas of workflow and technical integration
• Strong client management (vendor/ external customer relationship) experience
• Excellent interpersonal and organization skills
• Demonstrable experience with group presentation and meeting management
• Excellent with problem solving, analysis and time management
• Business analysis, documentation and test planning
• Experience with requirements gathering initiatives
• Deep experience with different project methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative/Spiral, Agile)
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Project
• Other technical background and legal background is a plus
• Experience in commercial banking, insurance, or sales operations projects a plus
• BS/BA, MS and/or PM Certification desired (e.g., PMI, PMP, Prince2, ScrumMaster)
• Some travel is required (approximately 25-50% at beginning of project, on average 15%)

Applications Specialist

Position Overview

This is an outstanding opportunity for a an individual who has the passion and the desire to become the product expert delving deep in the internals - someone who enjoys problem-solving with technology, someone who has a strong desire to connect that with customer needs daily, who enjoys solving business problems in the document automation space, and has strong interpersonal and analytical skills. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys “diving down in the details” but also enjoys working with and helping users, and would enjoy travelling and meeting with customers. You need a background in Computer Science, Law, Engineering or Business have knowledge of XML, Javascript or other scripting languages and some experience with SQL & Relational Databases.

Responsibilities would involve:

• Using our state-of-the-art client-side authoring application to develop automated documents for customer.
• Work with Exari business analysts and Exari customers to clarify requirements for document automation.
• Supporting clients with questions on product usage.
• Supporting the sales process by creating customized demos.
• Supporting the product by documenting features in new releases and writing knowledge base articles for our support portal.

The ideal background for this role would include:

• Experience setting up and manipulating software applications as part of an IT or BA group, OR as a consultant.
• Being a self-starter and quick learner.
• The ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability / interest in a detail-oriented orientation role – being able to catch small differences in document wordings, punctuation, styling, etc.
• Experience with unit-testing work to ensure business requirements are met across different inputs.
• Clearly-demonstrable analytical skills.
• Clearly-demonstrable verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically, internationally a plus.

You should have:

• Experience with application software (1-2 years), such as document automation software, reporting software, rules engines, workflow tools, or forms tools.
• BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Law, Engineering or Business
• Extensive experience with Word, especially styling (e.g., multi-level numbering, layout, cross-referencing, table properties)
• Experience with the Microsoft Office suite

The strongest candidates will also have experience with:

The engine of rapid growth is sales and Exari is looking for new salespeople with strong enterprise software, CLM software or legal software sales experience. You should be passionate about spreading the word about a solution that can solve a lot of problems in today's business world. Experience with Salesforce.com also a plus.

Inside Sales

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for identifying and establishing meetings with qualified contacts within targeted segments in the US and UK. Experience with software solution selling, and exceeding qualified lead and revenue goals is a plus. The Inside Sales Representative will support the direct sales force and will be on a path to assume a role as a field sales representative with the company.

Account Management

With new customers coming on board, we need to expand our account management team. You should have experience in farming existing accounts in the enterprise software space. You should also have a track record of working with customers to answer their questions, address their problems and look for new opportunities. Experience with Salesforce.com a plus.
