Do you integrate with other applications?
Exari provides a complete toolset for data integration with existing systems. Our well designed API can share any relevant data with upstream and downstream systems and databases. Your existing workflow management systems can also be integrated with Exari.
What is your enterprise implementation methodology?
The Exari Methodology is adapted from Scrum. Scrum is a widely used, proven, pragmatic, empirical flexible methodology that maximizes frequent, rapid, iterative delivery of incremental functionality into productive use. Exari uses this methodology to help our customers implement our document assembly system throughout their enterprise and automate a series of documents.
Exari offers 24/7 support. We have support staff in the UK, Australia, and the United States. The Exari support website sends SMS notifications to engineers for high priority issues ensuring rapid response. We support our customers by phone, email, our support website and finally SMS.
Exari does offer a hosted solution. We currently provide hosted solutions to customers in the government, banking and insurance sectors. We are able to meet the security, privacy and redundancy requirements of the most demanding organizations. Exari servers are hosted in a secure data center. All servers have power supply and network card redundancy and hard drives are typically configured in a mirrored configuration. All servers are firewalled and are usually subject to intrusion prevention systems. Services are monitored 24/7. Upon request, Exari will develop a hosting proposal.
Typically, an upgrade takes between 0.5 – 1 day.
Yes – the Exari architecture is scalable and allows documents to be produced via a web interview, via batch processing or a combination of these.
A single reasonably specified server can easily handle over 100 concurrent users. Exari can provide metrics to specify either the single server requirements or number of servers in a cluster to handle the highest peak load.
Yes – Exari supports full version control of templates. Users can only access published versions of templates. Access controls can be applied at the template and/or folder level. Controls can also be applied to restrict output formats and other features available. Audit logs for admin tasks and version histories of templates are also available as well as user usage statistics.
Yes – Exari has offered real-time document creation since its first release in 2001. Documents can be created in real time and Exari provides a dynamic browser interview and a browser preview of the assembled document. This preview is interactive in that it shows the user why content is present and allows the user to change their answers to questions to modify the content. You can see this for yourself by running our contract automation demo.
Changes made to templates can also be propagated through to users in real time.
Yes – Exari provides a variety of reports and logs. These vary from version history reports of a template, usage by user and template, business logic hot spot analysis through to administration logs and custom reports
Exari is written in Java and uses open standards wherever possible such as WebDAV, SOAP, XSLT, etc. Templates, business rules and styling resources are all stored using open XML formats.
