Exari Financial Services Advisory Board Convenes
London, UK - May 7, 2012 - The first meeting of Exari’s Financial Services Advisory Board was held in London, UK on April 18. We gathered six documentation professionals who are senior members of their respective organizations, to provide valuable perspective and counsel to the investment banking team at Exari in the areas of market trends, automation needs and industry issues.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the future of the industry with a specific focus on what the documentation experts needed from us in order to better manage their risk and streamline their processes as they face central clearing and Dodd Frank challenges. The goal was to share ideas and gather insight into how Exari can build better software for our investment banking customers.
Founding member companies of the Financial Services Advisory Board include:
RBC Capital Markets
Mitsubishi UFJ Securities International
According to Exari President Terry Lee, “Communication is the key to our ongoing success. The Advisory Board is another critical link to our user community. They provide an important communications channel and help us to stay focused on what’s really important: improving the business performance of our customers. We appreciate the commitment of our Advisory Board members.”
The Advisory Board mission statement is as follows: “The Exari Financial Services Advisory Board mission is to promote and improve Exari products and services by providing guidance and offering feedback from the customer perspective and representing the views and interests of the user community.” Members generally serve one-year terms, and membership is rotating.
The Board will meet quarterly to discuss a variety of industry and regulatory issues, to present new ideas from their respective groups and to vote on features and functionality that will be included in the annual Exari software upgrade.
