Tailored User Experience
With Exari, the user experience can be tailored based on a wider range of user login details. For example, if the user login has language set to French, the system can automatically display an interview in that language. Or different questions and different documents can be displayed, depending on whether a user login is tied to the "Legal" or the "Sales" Group.
Multiple choice questions
Contract authors use these to present end users with a choice of one, many or none from a picklist of Author-defined options.
More Flexibility
With Exari, interview flexibility has been improved, for example, by allowing users to shuffle, change, add or remove their answers to any repeated rows of questions. Users also have greater flexibility to save answers into different folders of the Repository.
