Exari helps companies accelerate their business and reduce their costs.  We have been in the document assembly business for nearly a decade and are experts in automating even the most complex documents.  Our authoring environment is intuitive and does not require any IT or design resources.  Once the template is created, the Exari Engine automatically creates the interview pages.

We are a strong supporter of open systems and standards, and this is reflected in the products we develop.   Exari’s powerful API and workflow allow for easy integration with other systems that surround your contracts like CRM (i.e. Salesforce.com) or ERP (i.e. SQL databases). We also participate in a number of standards efforts, and host an open source XML editor project called Xerlin.

Exari pricing is based on the scope of a planned implementation. The license cost is typically based on the number of user seats and authors across an enterprise. Exari is scalable, so it is possible to begin with an implementation in one department and later roll out a document assembly solution across the enterprise.
