Perkins Coie LLP Automates with [Exari]
Seattle, WA, and Melbourne, Australia - [Exari] (www.exari.com) announced today that Perkins Coie LLP (www.perkinscoie.com), the largest law firm in the Pacific Northwest, is rolling out SmartPrecedentŪ, [Exari]'s enterprise document automation solution.
Perkins Coie will use the system to streamline the way its attorneys and staff create various documents, including documents required for client legal matters and documents used for firm management.

Initially, Perkins Coie will use the system in its Estate and Personal Planning group, and for client-related correspondence.

SmartPrecedent Version 3 is specially designed to help large law firms to automate and manage precedents, forms and template documents. The suite includes a secure browser-based repository for sharing templates and clauses under version control (the SmartRepository); a drafting engine for generating tailored documents from an interactive questionnaire (the SmartDrafter); and an authoring tool to make it easy for KM and practice support teams to set-up and maintain smart, automated documents (the SmartEditor). Firms can use it to automate specific templates, groups or packages of templates and forms, and for clause-by-clause drafting from a library of smart or simple clauses.
