SpeedLegal Rebranded as Exari

San Francisco, CA, and Melbourne, Australia - SpeedLegal today announced that it is changing its name to Exari Systems.

The new branding is being introduced this month, with the official name change to be effective from September 1st, 2005. Exari Systems will replace SpeedLegal as the company name, and Exari Document Assembly will replace SmartPrecedent® as the product name.

"In part, this reflects our broader customer base, which now includes procurement, sales and insurance professionals, in addition to our legal customers." said Jamie Wodetzki, Exari CEO.

"It also makes our branding simpler. Now there’s one name to remember when it comes to streamlining document creation. Why force people to remember different company and product brands when one will do?"

In all other respects, it is business as usual for the Exari team and their customers.

Exari 4.1, scheduled for release late September 2005, will be the first version of the company's flagship enterprise document assembly product to bear the new branding. With Version 4.1, the Exari document engine can be invoked as part of a Service Oriented Architecture, using Web Services or via a Java API.

The company is also relocating its Melbourne office on September 1st, 2005. For the latest address and telephone details, visit www.exari.com.
