Workplace Law Specialist Selects Exari for Web-Based Document Assembly

Melbourne, Australia, August 9, 2005 - SpeedLegal (www.speedlegal.com) today announced that Australian Business Lawyers (www.ablawyers.com.au), a specialist workplace law firm, is rolling out the ExariTM document assembly system. ExariTM (www.exari.com) is the new name for SpeedLegal's SmartPrecedent® product.

Australian Business Lawyers (AB Lawyers) will use the system to create intelligent, automated precedents for employment contracts and other employment-related documents. AB Lawyers will be one of the first Australian law firms to start delivering the sort of innovative online legal services that many companies are now asking for.

"As workplace specialists and with our close ties to Australian Business Limited, we're different from most other law firms. More importantly, we aim to be different in ways that add value to our clients." said AB Lawyers partner, Paul Ronfeldt.

"Exari enables us to do just that. They've developed a system that shows a deep understanding of the way complex legal documents are drafted, and how that process can be made quicker and easier. With Exari, we can streamline how we work internally, and also offer clients a web based option for creating many contracts themselves. It's all about offering a better value mix of legal services." said Mr Ronfeldt.

Announcing the deal, Jamie Wodetzki, SpeedLegal's CEO, said the AB Lawyers approach to legal service delivery is a clear win-win for the firm and its clients. "Clients get better value, and the firm can do things faster and more profitably than before. We're looking forward to working with AB Lawyers to take the pain out of drafting employment contracts."
