Exari Selected by Grogan Richards to Streamline Civil Construction Contracts
Melbourne, Australia, September 15th, 2005 - Exari Systems (www.exari.com) today announced that Grogan Richards (www.grorich.com.au), an innovative engineering and consulting firm, is rolling out the Exari document assembly system. Exari™ is the new name for SpeedLegal's SmartPrecedent® product.
Grogan Richards will use the system to streamline the way they create tenders and contracts for the civil construction industry.
"Exari is like an invisible hand guiding us towards perfect documents. The system allows us to create complex tenders and contracts to very high standards, at significantly lower cost." said Adam Smith, IT Manager at Grogan Richards. "Exari changes the economics of document production."
Commenting on the deal, Exari CEO, Jamie Wodetzki, said:
"It's great to have an engineering firm join our list of government, legal and corporate customers. Like all of our customers, Grogan Richards needs to create highly complex documents as efficiently and reliably as possible. We're pleased to be making that process much easier."
