Boston, June 16, 2008 - Exari Group, Inc. (www.exari.com) a leading automated document assembly and contract life-cycle management company announced today that Terence Lee has joined the team as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Business Development. Lee is an experienced sales, business development and marketing executive with a strong background in financial services, document assembly and technology. He will be based in the Boston headquarters.
Prior to Exari, Lee held various sales, marketing and business development leadership roles at Fidelity Information Services, eFunds and IBM. Before that, Lee held a number of sales and sales management positions at various start ups and financial services firms including Smith Barney and Bear Stearns.
In his new position, Lee will be responsible for all worldwide sales, building up a new expanded sales team, helping to execute on the new marketing plan as well as driving business development with new partners and alliances.
Exari, which was founded in Melbourne in 2000, recently received venture funding from Beacon Equity Partners and opened a U.S. headquarters in the Prudential Tower, in Boston, Massachusetts. The $10 million dollar transaction gave Beacon a majority ownership in Exari. Beacon also owns a majority stake in Anaqua Inc, which is in the legal software field and has a synergistic partnership with Exari.
Exari's clients are leading global companies such as Dow Jones, Marsh McLennan, Barclays Capital, Westpac Bank, DLA Piper, Mayer Brown, Perkins Coie, Addleshaw Goddard and the Australian Government.
