What is Exari?
The New Name for SpeedLegal
On September 1st, 2005, SpeedLegal changed its name to Exari Systems.
Why change? Partly to reflect our broader customer base, which now includes procurement, sales and insurance professionals as well as lawyers. Partly to avoid confusion about what we do. We're a software company, not a law firm. And partly to focus on one unique brand for both company and product.
The New Name for SmartPrecedent
Our SmartPrecedent product has also been renamed Exari.
The branding of each component will be carried forward, as follows:

Exari Repository
Otherwise, it's business as usual. Same product. Same dedicated team. Same commitment to taking the pain out of creating contracts and other complex documents.
