Chairman
Ed is also Chairman of Beacon Equity Partners. He has extensive business, investment banking and venture capital relationships in the United States, Asia and Europe. Ed was President of MSGi and CMG Direct, both of which saw a ten-fold increase in market cap during his tenure. He spent 17 years, as president, in the advertising industry, and was founding President of the Massachusetts Interactive Media Council. Ed is a Trustee of the Judge Baker Children's Center, a Harvard University Medical School affiliate.
Chief Executive Officer
Reg joins Exari from Beacon Equity Partners. Reg's previous roles include Alpine Access (where as CEO he tripled sales and quadrupled its value over 2 years); Unisys (where he was President of the $200+ million/year Global Telecommunications Group with 100 clients in 40 countries); and AMS, Inc. (where as SVP, acting CTO and Chief eCommerce Officer, he played a catalytic role in growing AMS from a pre-IPO startup to a $1+ billion business). A Harvard graduate, Reg holds both an MBA with distinction and a bachelor’s degree.
Founder
Jamie was CEO from 2000 to 2008 and now joins an expanded executive team to grow Exari's US business. Prior to co-founding Exari, Jamie was a Senior Associate with Minter Ellison, a large Australian law firm, where he focused on copyright, technology and the information industries. He has been an adviser to the Supporters of Interoperable Systems in Australia ('97-'07), a Board member of the Australian Digital Alliance ('98-'08), and represented an international NGO at the WIPO Copyright Treaty negotiations ('96).
Chief Financial Officer & VP Sales North America
Joe has ten years of finance and operations with software companies. He is a member of the Exari executive team and a partner at Beacon Equity Partners, where he has focused on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Beacon, he led business development for Guardian Solutions, a security software company. Joe previously spent four years as a technology investment banker with Hambrecht & Quist.
VP Engineering & Delivery
Before co-founding Exari in 2000, Justin was a Senior Project Manager at Lochard, a software company which specialized in the integration of flight track monitoring systems for major international airports. He also assisted with the commercialization of bio-technology applications for a technology company in Israel. Justin has a Doctorate in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering from Monash University.
VP Sales Europe
Geoff helped to establish Exari's UK business in 2006, opening our London office in the Lloyd's building and growing sales to insurance, investment banking, finance and legal customers. Prior to Exari, he worked on a Lloyd's project to modernize insurance processes in the London market.
VP Delivery Europe
Martin helped to establish Exari's UK business in 2006, opening our London office in the Lloyd's building and managing the delivery of successful projects. Martin is an insurance industry veteran, having previously worked for Lloyd's and Marsh. In 2008, Martin also joins the Exari Board of Directors.
VP Client Services
Prior to joining Exari in 2003, Andrew was a lawyer and legal technology consultant with the Australian law firm Blake Dawson, working in their Technology Group in Sydney and Melbourne. His consulting work, which included a two year secondment to Telstra Corporation's legal department, focussed on advising clients on the use of technology systems to support and improve the provision of internal legal services.
