President

Terry joined Exari in June 2008 as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and was named President in May 2009. Prior to Exari, Terry was SVP of Product Sales Consulting and SVP of Decision Solutions Sales at Fidelity National Information Services. Earlier, Terry was a SVP at Efunds Corporation where he ran the Major Accounts business unit which was comprised of sales and service provided to the top 100 Financial Institutions in North America. Terry held a number of sales and sales management roles in IBM's Financial Services sector. He was also involved in several B2B startups and spent 10 years on Wall Street. Terry holds a BS from Carleton College.

Jamie Wodetzki

Founder

Jamie was CEO from 2000 to 2008 and now joins an expanded executive team to grow Exari's US business. Prior to co-founding Exari, Jamie was a Senior Associate with Minter Ellison, a large Australian law firm, where he focused on copyright, technology and the information industries. He has been an adviser to the Supporters of Interoperable Systems in Australia ('97-'07), a Board member of the Australian Digital Alliance ('98-'08), and represented an international NGO at the WIPO Copyright Treaty negotiations ('96).

Joe Bradley

Chief Financial Officer

Joe has ten years of experience in finance and operations with software companies. He is a member of the Exari executive team and a partner at Beacon Equity Partners, where he has focused on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Beacon, he led business development for Guardian Solutions, a security software company. Joe previously spent four years as a technology investment banker with Hambrecht & Quist.

Reg Foster

Chief Administrative Officer

Reg joins Exari from Beacon Equity Partners. Previously he was CEO at Alpine Access, where he tripled sales and quadrupled its value in 2 years. Prior to Alpine Access, he was at Unisys, where he was President of the $200+ million/year Global Telecommunications Group with 100 clients in 40 countries. Before Unisys, he was SVP, acting CTO and Chief eCommerce Officer at AMS, Inc., where he played a catalytic role in growing AMS from a pre-IPO startup to a $1+ billion business. A Harvard graduate, Reg holds both an MBA with distinction and a bachelor's degree.

Lowell Moritz

Vice-President Account Management

Lowell joined Exari in June 2009 to manage and support client relationships. Prior to Exari, Lowell was a Regional Manager and Strategic Account Manager at Open Solutions and BISYS. Earlier, Lowell held a number of positions in IBM’s Financial Services Sector including Global Banking Strategist and Associate Partner for Consulting. He also spent 18 years with CoreStates Bank and as a Managing Director of QuestPoint, a third-party check processing company he helped launch. Lowell holds a BSBA from Boston University and a MBA from Drexel University.

Adine Deford

Director of Marketing

Adine joined Exari in 2008 as part of the Boston team opening the new US headquarters. She brings more than ten years of marketing and communications experience from corporations, advertising/public relations agencies and non-profits. Previously, Adine was Vice President/Management Supervisor with Ogilvy, Adams & Rinehart in New York where she was responsible for the IBM Global Channel Marketing account. Earlier she held several marketing and corporate communications positions at Lotus Development Corporation. Adine holds a B.S. from Boston University’s College of Communications.
