Prior to Beacon, he led business development for Guardian Solutions, a security software company. Joe previously spent four years as a technology investment banker with Hambrecht & Quist.

Jamie was CEO from 2000 to 2008 and now joins an expanded executive team to grow Exari's US business. Prior to co-founding Exari, Jamie was a Senior Associate with Minter Ellison, a large Australian law firm, where he focused on copyright, technology and the information industries. He has been an adviser to the Supporters of Interoperable Systems in Australia ('97-'07), a Board member of the Australian Digital Alliance ('98-'08), and represented an international NGO at the WIPO Copyright Treaty negotiations ('96).

Before co-founding Exari in 2000, Justin was a Senior Project Manager at Lochard, a software company which specialized in the integration of flight track monitoring systems for major international airports. He also assisted with the commercialization of bio-technology applications for a technology company in Israel. Justin has a Doctorate in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering from Monash University.

Reg joins Exari from Beacon Equity Partners. Previously he was CEO at Alpine Access, where he tripled sales and quadrupled its value in 2 years. Prior to Alpine Access, he was at Unisys, where he was President of the $200+ million/year Global Telecommunications Group with 100 clients in 40 countries. Before Unisys, he was SVP, acting CTO and Chief eCommerce Officer at AMS, Inc., where he played a catalytic role in growing AMS from a pre-IPO startup to a $1+ billion business. A Harvard graduate, Reg holds both an MBA with distinction and a bachelor's degree.

Terry joined Exari in June 2008 as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and was named President in May 2009. Prior to Exari, Terry was SVP of Product Sales Consulting and SVP of Decision Solutions Sales at Fidelity National Information Services. Earlier, Terry was a SVP at Efunds Corporation where he ran the Major Accounts business unit which was comprised of sales and service provided to the top 100 Financial Institutions in North America. Terry held a number of sales and sales management roles in IBM's Financial Services sector. He was also involved in several B2B startups and spent 10 years on Wall Street. Terry holds a B.A. from Carleton College.
Gary Warzynski SVP of Finance & Operations
Gary leads Exari’s finance and operations teams after having held senior operating and finance roles at multiple venture backed businesses. Previously, Gary served as a member of the management team at RiverRidge Consulting Group, specializing in the triage of troubled venture backed businesses, M&A advisory services, turnarounds and ownership transitions. Gary led strategic development teams while at Accenture Strategic Services in the Supply Chain Strategy Practice for communications and technology clients. While at JPMorgan, Gary executed finance transactions for emerging technology companies within the corporate finance investment banking group. Gary earned his Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, and his MBA from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business.

Michele joined Exari in 2010 with more than 20 years of experience in systems integration, account management and consulting. Previously, Michele was with Equifax, where she was VP Account Services and VP Account Operations, delivering services to clients and improving her division’s ability to scale for growth through standardization and improved processes. Earlier, Michele led accounts teams in delivering custom solutions to Fortune 500 companies in investment banking, mutual funds and insurance when she was with Agency.com and Andersen Consulting. She also held technical roles at SCOR Reinsurance and Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare. Michele holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Duke University.

Martin helped to establish Exari's UK business in 2006, opening our London office near the Lloyd's building. He has managed the delivery of many successful broking and underwriting projects. Martin is an insurance industry veteran, having spent his entire career within the global insurance market, working for Marsh in Bermuda, New York and London, and for Lloyd’s. In 2008, Martin joined the Exari Board of Directors.
Mark Lehmann VP of Product Development
Mark comes to Exari with more than 20 years’ experience in the Software Industry and Professional Services. He has worked with many large organizations in North America and Europe including Yale, Wachovia (now Wells Fargo), Royal Bank of Canada, Bottomline Technologies, Fineos, SalusAnsvar, Mutual of Omaha, Aegon, Principal Financial Group, Assurant Employee Benefits and Lincoln Financial Group as well as smaller organizations in software engineering, consulting, and management positions.

Geoff helped to establish Exari's European business in 2006, opening our London office near the Lloyd's of London building and growing sales to insurance, investment banking, media, technology and legal customers. Prior to Exari, he was Sales & Services Director for a leading specialist software provider, for the global listed derivatives industry. Prior to this, Geoff worked for NCR for 12 years in a number of sales and management roles.

Grant is an entrepreneur and one of the foremost leaders and contributors in the legal technology space having spent 10+ years practicing law with a large law firm, small law firm, and serving as in-house counsel to a former Fortune 500 company before focusing solely on the legal technology space. As Vice President of Global Solutions and Business Development at Exari, Grant currently leads cross-team collaboration with sales, professional services, marketing, and engineering to create solution vision, while simultaneously trying to increase company revenue on a global scale. Grant is a frequent speaker on the subject of contracts management best practices. He received a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He is an avid Notre Dame and Kansas City Royals fan; a drummer and “music dude.”

Eric is a seasoned marketing executive with more than 20 years’ experience. During the first part of his career, Eric worked as a consultant at several different agencies helping clients position their brands and market their products and services. On the client side, Eric has led the marketing functions at Lycos, Aquent and several other technology start-ups. Eric has Bacherlor’s degree in Economics from Harvard and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
