Geoff Maskell

Vice-President Sales Europe

Geoff helped to establish Exari's European business in 2006, opening our London office near the Lloyd's of London building and growing sales to insurance, investment banking, finance and legal customers. Prior to Exari, he was Sales & Services Director for Rolfe & Nolan a leading specialist software provider, for the global listed derivatives industry. Before joining R&N, Geoff worked for NCR, in a number of sales and management roles for 12 years.

Martin Kett

Vice-President of Insurance Client Development

Martin helped to establish Exari's UK business in 2006, opening our London office near the Lloyd's building. He has managed the delivery of many successful broking and underwriting projects. Martin is an insurance industry veteran, having spent his entire career within the global insurance market, working for Marsh in Bermuda, New York and London, and for Lloyd’s. In 2008, Martin joined the Exari Board of Directors.

Christian Hostmann

Director of Sales, Europe

Christian helped to establish Exari's European business in 2008, opening our Munich office. He is a partner at Beacon Equity Partners and brings more than ten years of experience with internet and software companies. In 2000, Christian founded Venture Catalyst GmbH, a German incubator for IT businesses, where he helped fuel and guide the growth of several successful companies. Earlier, Christian spent five years as an Investment Manager with the venture capital affiliate of HypoVereinsbank AG, Munich and with the subsidiary of Deutsche Bank AG, Deutsche Venture Capital GmbH in Frankfurt/Main. Christian earned his MBA at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Switzerland.

Justin Lipton

Vice-President Engineering & Delivery

Before co-founding Exari in 2000, Justin was a Senior Project Manager at Lochard, a software company which specialized in the integration of flight track monitoring systems for major international airports. He also assisted with the commercialization of bio-technology applications for a technology company in Israel. Justin has a Doctorate in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering from Monash University.

Andrew Davis

Vice-President Client Services

Prior to joining Exari in 2003, Andrew was a lawyer and legal technology consultant with the Australian law firm Blake Dawson, working in their Technology Group in Sydney and Melbourne. His consulting work, which included a two year secondment to Telstra Corporation's legal department, focused on advising clients on the use of technology systems to support and improve the provision of internal legal services.
