Interview Auto Recovery

If a user forgets to save their answers, they no longer have to worry about losing their work.

Answers are now automatically saved during the Exari interview. If an interview is accidentally terminated, users are given the option of picking up where they left off the next time they run the template.

 

Interview Progress

Users now have the freedom to choose the order in which they complete the Exari interview by switching between topics.

The Exari interview progress sidebar has been enhanced with the addition of progress meters and the ability to navigate directly to a topic.

 

Answer File Comparison Tool

Users can now easily compare answer sets. Business users and contract managers can quickly identify key differences between documents generated by Exari, for example, when renewing contracts.

 

Chart Builder

Graphs and charts can now be dynamically generated in Exari templates using data gathered during the Exari interview or obtained from an external system.

 

Offline Mode

For business users who work out in the field without internet access, Exari can now be run in offline mode. Users can enter interview answers on their laptop when they're on the road, and then upload the answers when they connect to their Exari server.

 

Logic Visualization

Authors can now visualize template logic in a dynamic, interactive "cloud" using the web browser.

This enables authors, content experts and users to better understand the inter-relationships between logic items in the Exari template.

 

QA Tools

Exari now ships with a suite of web browser tools to help authors test and refine the logic and styles in their templates which can help shorten the authoring-testing cycle.

 

Master Template Output

Authors can now generate a Word version of their Exari template. Variables and conditional text will be automatically annotated with Word comments showing which interview questions lead to their inclusion.

 

Reporting & Measurement

Exari now ships with a suite of built-in reports for analyzing usage metrics for both users and templates. Users can also produce custom reports that are tailored to specific requirements.

This will help customers better quantify the dollar value they are getting from Exari automation.

 

Salesforce.com Integration

Exari now integrates with Salesforce.com. Data from Salesforce.com records can be used as inputs for Exari templates, and answers provided in an Exari interview can be fed back into Salesforce.com fields. Documents generated from Exari can be automatically attached to a Salesforce.com record using workflow functionality.

Customers who use Salesforce.com can now integrate Exari seamlessly into their customer relationship management process.

As with all upgrades, many improvements have been made to enhance the speed, usability and power of Exari.
