Exari is looking for several Legal Analysts to work with our legal and operations team to review and process contract information into our own proprietary Contract Management System (CMS). Legal Analysts will extract key data from a variety of contract types and input that data into the CMS. This is a paid project-based assignment expected to last approximately four (4) weeks.
This position requires an understanding of business-to-business contracting. Candidates must have superb investigation and communication skills and be comfortable learning new software. This is an excellent opportunity to hone contract interpretation skills under the guidance of our legal department, and offers a behind-the-scenes look at the cutting-edge of legal automation software.
- Learn Exari’s CMS
- Identify, analyze and organize company contracts
- Process company’s contracts into Exari’s CMS
- Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering on improving existing products and developing new products
- Familiarity with business-to-business enterprise level software and professional services contracts preferred. Recent law graduates, law students, and paralegals are encouraged to apply.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Norwegian language skills are a plus.
