Culture and Work Environment

The London office is a great environment to concentrate and get lots done but always with a “side-order” of good old English humor. Our office is light and airy overlooking a Church designed by Sir Christopher Wren inside well maintained gardens. The best feature of our office is our access to the roof deck and the cafe/wine bar on the 7th floor. With 270 degree views from London Bridge to Tower Bridge and the City of London we can see many of our Client’s offices. The regular parties thrown by our office managers are legendary.

  • Open office, less need for formal meetings as we all hear what’s going on
  • Business casual dress code but Suits and Ties when visiting most Clients in the City
  • Great team spirit, energetic, enthusiastic, helpful and challenging
  • Showers and changing facilities
  • Cycle scheme to reduce cost of new bikes
  • Regular roof visits
  • Fresh fruit (when we remember)
  • Plenty of chances to meet Clients socially as so nearby

Tom Sanders

Inside Sales Representative @ Exari since 2013

"I had recently moved to London after graduating from Bournemouth University and I was looking for a small but exciting organisation to launch my career with. Exari appealed to me as not just as they were leading the market in what they did, but they also had big plans to take the product and company to the next level, which they have since succeeded with. Everybody always says it is the people, and I am not going to be any different. Working at Exari really does make you feel like you are one big (global) family. I really enjoy traveling to our head office in Boston, USA to catch up with my team… and enjoy the great Seafood!"

"I first became aware of Exari in 2012 when my employer at the time asked me to assist in the deployment of a Document Automation solution. Exari was the chosen platform and I spent the next 12 months working very closely with the technology and the Exari team in London. The software itself was innovative and exciting and the people were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. They were also engaging and fun. Exari looked like a great place to work and when the project finished, I was fortunate enough to join the company as a consultant. I have been with Exari for several years now and I still feel as passionate about the job as I did on day one. I feel I am mentored and supported with a career path and opportunities to develop. Every day presents new challenges and each client implementation is different. Our global team is diverse, enthusiastic and talented. We work really hard but we also make sure we take the time to socialise together too. It has been fantastic to see the company grow and I very much look forward to playing a part in Exari’s future."

"Exari is a fun, innovative and dynamic company that I love working for. I’m very proud of the part that I play in a company that’s at the top of its game. No two days are ever the same, new challenges are always pushing the boundaries of how we can deliver excellence to our clients and partners in an ever changing world of Software Solutions. Having worked at a large multi-national corporation, I relished the opportunity to work for a smaller company, whilst maintaining a global footprint with our offices and clients worldwide. What I as an Individual achieve has a direct impact on the success of the company, which makes every working day so much more meaningful. I couldn’t ask for a better company culture, one which champions collaboration, personal growth and initiative."
