Boston, MA and London, UK – December 4, 2012 – Esdégé-Reigersdaal has licensed Exari’s document assembly and control software to automate the creation and management of their patient plan records. The plans include an intake interview, care plans, activity reports, progress reports, test results, videos and other information that is important for the patient’s care.
