Boston, MA – December 22, 2015 – Exari, the leader in cloud-based contract lifecycle management software, today announced that Veronica Lee has been appointed Vice President of Customer Success, reporting to Bill Hewitt, Chief Executive Officer. Lee will be responsible for Exari’s Customer Success programs in the Americas, including professional services, technical delivery and support, as well as global responsibility for services and support processes and methodologies.

Lee was most recently with Exeter Group, where she transformed the sales and partnership teams with both a customer and solutions-centric approach for ensuring success. Prior to Exeter, she has held senior roles at Oracle, RuleBurst (later acquired by Oracle) and Freehills. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer science and information systems and a Masters of Law, both from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. She also holds a postgraduate certificate in Information Technology from the University of Sydney.
