Exari is looking for an IT Support Consultant who is interesting in joining an agile and rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will have some client-facing consultative experience and possess solid technology knowledge across the most popular office applications, web applications and operating systems. The role requires strong analytical skills, a willingness to learn about new products and technologies and the ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. This position is ideal for candidates who want to learn, grow and develop with the company.


  • Preparation and installation of new or existing desktops
  • Microsoft Office Support (Office 365 – Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Yammer, Skype for Business)
  • General local IT support (hardware and software)
  • Remote IT support for teleworkers and smaller offices
  • Assist with global IT tasks such as server management


  • Other related duties and projects as assigned


  • Microsoft Office 2016 and earlier
  • Strong Office 365 suite knowledge (Office 365 – Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Yammer, Skype for Business)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Showing good judgment, problem solving and ability to interpret / adapt solutions or approaches when formulating responses to issues or concerns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple complex tasks that come together under one deadline
  • Being a self-starter and quick learner
  • Mac OS X skills
  • Linux skills
  • Ability to travel in North America, the UK, Continental Europe and possibly other global destinations


  • 2+ years' IT support experience
  • BA/BS degree
