Position Overview

Exari is seeking an engaging and talented Marketing Manager that is passionate about marketing’s role in driving the company’s revenue. This position is a key member of the Exari sales and marketing team and will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for a broad spectrum of marketing strategies with a focus on demand generation and product marketing programs. The Marketing Manager will conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand and position Exari as a leader in the Contract Lifecycle Management market. Attention to detail, creativity, an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial. The Marketing Manager will have deep understanding of our users and buyers and will use their understanding of the market and our customers understand their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to marketing programs and the sales channel.


  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market
  • Drive core messaging throughout all marketing and sales programs
  • Develop and execute an inbound marketing strategy that results in improved SEO and high quality MQL’s
  • Develop and execute outbound marketing programs that result in a measured increase in the productivity of our business development team
  • Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
  • Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Become the expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on our competition and how to beat them consistently
  • Positively contribute to the culture, energy, and growth of the company

Position Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing or a related discipline; masters in business or related field a plus
  • Minimum 5 years experience, preferably with multiple B2B software companies
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with the ability to develop and cultivate strong working relationships with customers, product management, sales, executive and marketing staff
  • Well developed design and creative skills
  • Independent and confident thinker able to set and drive personal priorities with minimal manager oversight
  • Ability to be a skilled leader of projects that involve many cross-functional team members and outside vendors
  • Maintains a state of curiosity about how our product is used and can be used to solve customer pain points
  • Drives conversations with multiple stakeholders to logical agreement around messaging, positioning, and go to market strategies.
  • Demonstrates a high level of organization and ability to work on multiple projects and work products
  • Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple external vendors and hold them to dates and the highest quality work products

The data we help to extract from contracts is used for business intelligence and risk management.
