Reports To: Chief Marketing Officer
Exari is seeking an engaging and talented Marketing Manager that is passionate about marketing’s role in driving the company’s revenue. This position is a key member of the Exari sales and marketing team and will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for a broad spectrum of marketing strategies with a focus on demand generation and product marketing programs. The Marketing Manager will conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand and position Exari as a leader in the Contract Lifecycle Management market. Attention to detail, creativity, an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial. The Marketing Manager will have deep understanding of our users and buyers and will use their understanding of the market and our customers understand their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to marketing programs and the sales channel.
Exari is a leading provider of cloud-based enterprise contract lifecycle management (CLM) software. The company serves customers in over a dozen major markets including: banking, insurance, energy, telecommunications, government and legal.
In 2008, the company’s headquarters were relocated from Melbourne, Australia to Boston following an investment from Beacon Equity Partners. Today, the company counts over 150 companies as customers including Morgan Stanley, General Mills, JP Morgan Chase, National Australia Bank, Lexis-Nexis, Statoil, Total and PwC to name a few. Exari serves our customers from offices in Bergen, Boston, London, Melbourne and Oslo.
The market for contract lifecycle management is growing quickly with companies looking for expanded capabilities and industry leadership. Exari is positioned well to capture an increasing share of this growing market. Over the past three years, the company has embarked on an ambitious program to expand its CLM suite and establish itself as the leader within the CLM market.
Exari Contracts™ has been developed to automate the contract lifecycle initially from the viewpoint of the General Counsel and now expanding to enable business users to play an active role in the creation and management of contract assets. Today, customers are using the product to improve all aspects of the contract processes including creation and negotiation of highly complex agreements. The data we help to extract from contracts is used for business intelligence and risk management.
