Exari is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join its B2B marketing team in Boston. This role is ideal for an ambitious and creative marketeer looking to expand their skills with exciting and meaningful work. The Marketing Specialist will support the marketing team to execute on its digital marketing strategy in a wide variety of projects ranging from: demand generation, events, social media, marketing operations, advertising, and sales enablement. There will be a lot of focus on creating and editing content in many formats, with SEO in mind, to help drive traffic growth, bring in MQL’s and nurture existing leads.

The right candidate will be excited to ramp up quickly, cares about the quality of their work, and can thrive in an environment of constant change. In addition to a passion for writing clearly and being an innovative thinker, the successful candidate is someone that is comfortable collaborating, can independently prioritize tasks, is able to speak their opinion and can identify potential problems or opportunities that need attention.


  • Research, analyze and write quality blog posts with SEO in mind – you will manage our blog and strategy for aligning with campaigns and events.
  • Create content and research relevant articles for managing the execution of social media activities and grow audiences
  • Maintain an editorial calendar
  • Support the team on marketing projects such as content strategy, case study creation, press releases, webinars, or other various inbound / outbound marketing activities
  • Support marketing team with event planning and coordination
  • Proactively edit existing collateral and /or update outdated content
  • Conduct an internal content audit for nurture campaigns
  • Collecting data from digital channels and other sources to enable the marketing team to analyze marketing campaigns and understand what is/isn’t working
  • Conduct market and competitive research to support business decisions and marketing tactics


  • 1-4 years’ experience on a B2B marketing team, preferably in the software industry
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, journalism or communications
  • Experience in managing social media accounts and optimizing for each platform
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and team player mindset
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Skilled in Microsoft Powerpoint, Word & Excel
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud a plus
  • Hubspot and / or Salesforce knowledge a plus


  • Casual business environment in Boston’s Back Bay
  • Occasional business travel (less than 10%) may be required
